Who is this for Creative Strategist with 3+ years experience writing scripts and shot lists for performance video ads on Meta Proven track record scaling 8–9 figure DTC brands with UGC-style creatives What you'll get Creative freedom to strategically test new angles and innovative creative ideas. Ownership of creative quality and ad performance. A high-velocity environment with clear weekly output targets. Key Responsibilities Write direct response UGC style scripts that drive high conversion rates. Analyze performance data and use learnings to optimize future scripts. Collaborate with our Creator Team and Editors to ensure the ad creation process from idea to execution runs smoothly.
